Sunrise Smoothie Bowl


1 small medium banana

1/2 cup mango chunks (mango type of your choice)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries*

85g plain yogurt

1/3 cup coconut water


Place ingredients in blender and blend smooth. Pour into bowl and decorate with banana pieces, mango slices, fresh blueberries and coconut.


The sweetness of the smoothie will depend on the sweetness of the fruit you have added. If you need a bit more sweetness I recommend some honey.


*Don't have frozen blueberries? Thats ok, just add fresh blueberries and some ice cubes.
