Salt and Pepper Chicken Legs

Simple, easy and delicious. A quick tasty chicken leg recipe that is perfect for weeknight dinners. Pair it up with some spiced pumpkin and buttered cream corn for a completely delicious meal!

Salt and Pepper Chicken Legs
15 skinless chicken legs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Mix well together. Place in pot on stove on medium heat. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover with lid and cook till chicken legs are done. Approximately 15 minutes. Then turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Best served with spiced pumpkin and buttered cream corn.
