Mini Pineapple Pizzas - makes 20 mini pizzas
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
50g butter
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Bread butter into flour mixture.
Add 1/2 cup boiling milk to mixture to form soft dough. Roll out into mini pizzas.
Bake at 180°c for 6 minutes. Pizza should look white and must just rise.
Top mini pizzas with 1/3 teaspoon ketchup/pizza sauce each. Using the back of a spoon spread sauce around pizza base. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and pineapple pieces. Place back in the oven for 6 minutes till cheese has melted.*
