Light, crispy and oh so addictive! These chips are perfect for dipping and are so quick to make! Perfect to use up extra Arabic bread. They taste great on their own as a snack or to eat with dips or soup! It's hard to stop snacking on these!
Homemade Pita Chips
2 large Arabic breads
Olive oil spray
1/3 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 160˚c.
Cut Arabic breads into triangles. Place on oven tray lined with foil.
In a bowl mix spices. Spray triangles lightly with olive oil spray and sprinkle half of the spice mix onto them. Flip triangles over and spray again. Sprinkle remainder of the spice mix.
Place in oven for 10 minutes. Then rotate oven tray and bake for further 3 minutes. Switch oven off and leave chips inside for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven.
