Dinner Breakfast

Breakfast for dinner? why not? Breakfast usually tastes even better when you eat it at a different time! Give it a try! Its a great way to shake things up!

Dinner Breakfast


6 breakfast steaks (thinly sliced pieces of steak)

BBQ spice seasoning* or steak spice seasoning or salt and pepper

4 eggs

olive oil

1 - 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into chips


Wash and pat dry chips. Drizzle with a little olive oil and place into air fryer for 15 minutes.


Wash and pat dry steak strips. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning of choice. Heat a frying pan. Spray with olive oil spray or drizzle very little olive oil onto pan. Cook each strip for about 2-3 minutes on each side. They will cook very fast as they are a very thin piece of steak. Cut larger cooked pieces into individual sized serves.


In same pan, cook 4 eggs. Try either fried or scrambled.


Assemble on plater the steak, eggs and chips. Best served with side salad, cucumber, tomatoes and olives. Garlic Bread Optional.


*BBQ spice I used is purchased from Wahab's Quality Meats in Durban. Hands down the best and my favorite spice mix to use on meat. Check it out.
