Seasoned chicken patties served up with salad and a feta sauce for a healthy meal. Great for meal prep or alter use this recipe for a Chicken Crust Pizza.
Chicken Patties
400g chicken mince
2 slices brown bread (crusts removed)
1 egg
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1 flat teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Add bread to a bowl. Pour 1/4 cup boiling water over the bread and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix well using ur hands.
Heat 2 tablespoons canola/vegetable oil in a pan. Place scoopfuls of mixture into pan and cook till golden on each side.
Serve with salad and feta sauce.
