Chia Breakfast Pudding

With peanut butter, banana and honey this chia pudding is a great start to the day! Creamy, tasty and cold, its perfect for hot mornings! Also picky preschooler approved!

Chia Breakfast Pudding


1 cup soy milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon peanut butter

2 teaspoons honey

1 small banana mashed


Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.


If you prefer a smoother pudding (as pictured) place ingredients in a blender and blend smooth.


Pour into individual containers and place in fridge overnight.


In the morning remove from fridge. Top with warmed peanut butter, banana slices and a little drizzle of honey!


Picky preschooler approved!
