When your Mac n' Cheese needs an upgrade, this recipe will take it from boring to WOW!
Beefy Mac n' Cheese
300g lean beef mince 1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon black pepper ½ small onion diced fine ½ teaspoon crushed green chilli paste 1 Maggie beef stock cube
1 box Kraft Mac n' Cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup milk
Heat butter in pan. Add black pepper and mix till fragrant. Then add onion, chili and stock. Mix till well combined and fragrant. Add mince and cook till browned and water evaporated. Set aside.
Prepare Kraft Mac n' Cheese according to box directions. Once cheesy, add mince and mix well.
Serve hot.
