Delicious, healthy, 5 ingredient no added sugar Banana Oat Pancakes that will help boost your morning.
Banana Oat Pancakes
Makes 5 kid sized pancakes
1 small ripe banana mashed
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup oat flour
Mash banana in a bowl. Add egg and mix well together. Add in cinnamon. Finally add in oat flour and baking powder and mix till well incorporated.
Heat frying pan on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray (I use lurpack) or melt a little butter. Place one heaped tablespoonful of pancake batter in the pan. Cook till both sides are golden brown.
Serve with banana slices, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
